The founder, Comm. Geom. Francesco Spada, loss adjuster specialized in fire risks, began his activity in Rome while working for several companies in a period in which the whole insurance market was pioneering in Italy.

The founder’s son, Engineer Vincenzo Spada, consolidated his father’s activities.

The founder’s great nephew, Engineer Franco Spada,  transfers his activities to Bari, following the professional line of the family and strengthening its structure, until the final generation passage that included Geom. Michele Spada, current President of Spada SpA, repository of knowledge and professionalism combined with the history of a family, a professional passion and choice of a future-oriented tradition.

Spada SpA represents the evolution of an uninterrupted family tradition that has existed since the end of the Nineteenth century.
